i am not sure, they are loud for sure. In most states they are legal.

my 1,000 mile update on the exhaust. Jets come with the exhaust, I put the jets on, the exhaust on, new K& N air cleaner and removed the air injection. My 2008 America has a noticeable power increase across the entire rpm range. A surprise for me is the increase in gas mileage. I have gone from 44mpg to 48mpg. Other than being a little to loud, I like them.

I just put a pair put on my America. The exhaust do sound nice. They are louder than I expected listening to this video. The power increase is very noticeable when going 0 to 60mph. Its good I live in TN were we have no vehicle inspections. One can drive "mad max" cars in TN. I do find it funny that all of these custom bike companies operate out of California, the regulatory police state.
