yeah thats sad isnt it? i think ford and dodge need to rethink weight reduction instead of trying to bring back the retro heritage. losing weight would most likely boost sales due to their already affordable price tag compared to the corvette. and if those cars could compete with the vette, o man

@AWDSRT8Jeep they have vids on youtube of chargers beating gt500 in drag races which is very funny to me. a gt500 should smoke a charger srt8 with no problem cus the charger weighs so much

o yeah. up to like 80 they are pretty close with the stang pulling slightly ahead and a good stock run out of a jeep would be 13.2 13.0 a good run out of the shelby would have to be like a 12.8 12.9 with stock tires.

@AWDSRT8Jeep not only can it barley keep up but a supercharged srt8 can keep up with it and is way heavier lol its a shame

yeah its too bad that ford doesnt make a weight saving muscle car instead having a 3800 pound supercharged shelby that can barely keep up with the base model vette. it has a good sale price...thats it

@777444999 these are street elimination races - you are looking to match your ET without breaking out. It makes no difference who you are running, just whether you hit your ET or not.

the jeep obviously slowed down and prolly would have ran 13.0 easy. 97 mph? that trap should have been around 107 108
