It was a very good debate and the two Iranians clearly won. The real liars are the peple working in the western media.

it is really surprising for educated iranians when they say that inspite of an inquiry into the election rigging and a 10% recount, the supreme leader has cheated them.if ahmadinejad did have a victory and the World Public Opinion(private organisation) result that 98%Iranians are satisfied with the election outcome, then i don't see why anyone with a brain in their head wud object to this situation.dissatisfaction must run in genes of people who don't have their will accomplished.very sad.

Thanks for your thoughts. I am an Iranian and i understand what is like to be under threat all the time, but this in my opinion does not give the leadership any right to betray its own people. What Iran needs in unity and the trust of its people more than anything to confront these external threats what has the leadership done is divide Iran and support Ahmadi who is a divisive figure that insults every one. This only make our enemies happy.

if your country was constantly attacked and besieged on all fronts , then youd understand why we are the way we are , take a look at the islamic republic constitution if you wanna see how the elections should work. think of the current state of the government in iran in recent years as a paranoid state , rightfully so though.

Who cares what the west thinks. What is important here is the question of elections in Iran and if it was rigid. In my view it was you may ask why it is simple there are not transparency in the elections, the guarding council prefers one of the candidates and does not take the legitimate questions of the other candidates seriously the Iranian leader openly backs the president and declares the election free and healthy. The whole system is controlled by the leader that is dictatorship.
