Virgin Mobile are lying, deceiving scumbags. I purchased a Motorola Triumph on Cyber Monday and received an order confirmation with an estimated 2-3 days for the phone to arrive. After not receiving tracking info I called to get more info, I was told that they had cancelled my order and that I was free to purchase the phone at the full non discounted price. I filed a formal complaint with the BBB and have contacted others who were victims of the same scam. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VM

@Lcr2003 I assume you still use the top-up cards? Why don't you instead, put a debit card on file and they will autp-topup when needed. And if you only have enough money to put into your phone account, then they won't be aboe to "charge you too much".

I have been with Virgin Mobile since 2005 and I have never experienced any loss of money or minutes with my phones.

I filed a complaint with the BBB after fighting customer service for a week. Don't ask to speak to management at best they hang up on you, worst they send you to another rep. I topped up a week ago and my balance is at 0 ( There fix is to keep crediting my account instead of fixing the problem) Now I can't text half the time, no pic mail at all or data. Virgin has not only learned Sprint network but also there lousy customer service.

@Lcr2003 doesnt happen for me. when you top up dont click "restart my plan" if that doesn't show up, the people at virgin mobile might not like you. they love me :)
