  • Great video. I'm 18, a legal adult who's against curfews. Curfews allow cops to search anyone who looks likes a minor. Kind of lame and the evidence of infringed rights, are enough to over throw any type of curfew. Surprised it hasn't gone to the Supreme Court of the United States. They're the keepers of the Constitution.

  • While I'm for the saftey of teens to keep them from being kidnapped, mugged, or raped, I believe that teens should be able to decide what responsible time to return home is. If a curfew should be placed, the time should be chosen by the parents, who know the chaos of their teen's schedules and whether or not they should let their child come back from the basketball game they had to go overtime into. I don't see why teens need to be out at 2 AM (nothing to do anyway), but before 12 is acceptable.

  • who cares if ppl rob kids.... there shuld be a law that says we(teens) culd hav a weapon between 10 and 6 am

the curfew law is retarded and most ppl know why already

  • Smart kid

  • @catt27 your a piece of shit

  • Yes, teen curfews are hysterical and against the natural order of things. Teens want to be free.

  • Against. Simply because there are no age requirements to be protected by the First Amendment.

Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Doesn't traveling freely without being harassed by cops fall under that? I think so.

  • im against it, im 13, and i love the night air and sky, but i cant even see it without cops, what can i do bad, that i wouldnt do in the day 2

  • Definitely against curfews... They are one of the most blatant examples of institutional discrimination against youth.

  • Curfews are just a excuse for cops to search kids on the street and search you,,,
