Authorities are afraid 911 trials will shed light on the inaction and inadequacies of homeland security before and after 911 regardless of the outcome of KSM. Hopefully it will put light on the motives of AL-Qaeda.........US unconditional support for ISRAEL(US FOREIGN POLICY).

though the actions and foreign policies duely result in reactions, the only peoples 'fault' who this was, is the 19 hijackers. the faith of Islam, as a whole, according to the Quran, is one of world domination, and should not be considered 'peaceful' by any means. I feel the same about Christianity FYI, both are cancers in the world to the human races survival and progress.

The suspects are not US citizens and thus have no rights under the Constitution. A military trial is the correct approach.
