The way you display these moves is so helpful. Really let's the viewer eliminate distractions, and focus on just the move at hand. Still very hard to put into practice though!LOL! But it's fun to keep trying. Thanks for all the great posts!!

so....for both moves the center of rotation is in the center of the poi instead of at the hand...isolation is spin and cat eye is anti-spin?
