Definitely one of The Who's most popular songs...and I didn't see any covers on Youtube...so...I figured I'd do a version...I love the synth part in it and wanted to make up my own synth part up using an onboard saw-wave synth in Sonar...I edited some of the song so it wouldn't be too long but left in the most integral parts...the middle solo is a little sloppy but again I got lazy and said 'ahhh,it'll do'...I did the whole backing track with bass, drum fills, piano parts using my keyboard so yeah..there are timing issues_(I gotta figure out this midi stuff)..but overall I think it worked out pretty good...I think headphones are a necessity with this one, using the stereo link..cuz that synth part just kills(panning L&R)..I started working on it on Sunday afternoon(the synth) and finished it up this morning... Hope you like it...
