Should I practice this before my period?

@TashaGreat Yes!! A lot of women do.......I meant to do it before my cycle but forgot and it showed up and I jumped right into it!! The thing is according the the website you can insert it before your period. Say your period comes on a Wed afternoon, well you can put it in that morning and not have to worry about it!

Thank you for sharing your experience about the diva cup. I have never heard of the diva cup until I cam across your video. This gives a lad another alternative to using pads or tampons. I will try it out and see how it works for me.

@hopeday1 LOL!!! If you cut the tip, just use your muscles to push down then grab it by the base and pull it out! Can't wait for the video!!

i love this thing. i switch between the diva cup and instead softcups. try changing it in the shower. it make everything so much easier...
