Maria Hinojosa, senior correspondent for the PBS show NOW and editor and host of Latino USA, interviews feminist Letty Cottin Pogrebin and her daughter, Abigail. Mother and daughter are supporting different Democratic candidates. This is an interesting discussion about why there is a split among female voters between the two candidates.

  • already four years? omg

  • typical feminist, wants special treatment for hillary because she is a woman

  • "First woman against first black"

That's clear discrimination against white men.

How about a candidate who isn't for killing pre-born babies by abortion?

  • The mother is not supporting Hillary Clinton the candidate. Hillary is not a person to her. She's just a feminist icon. Never once in this interview did she mention any reason she would vote for Hillary based on her political positions or experience. The only qualification for office that she could give is that it's high time for a woman to become the next president. That mentality would lead someone to vote for Sarah Palin. In fact that has happened.

  • Women earn more than women ?!!

    That's the feminist problem... hahaha

  • Women earn quite a bit less than women. Check your facts.

  • what exacyly are feminists fighting for while women earn more than men and there u more women in college than men.

  • Feminism will not suffer if Obama is president but Americans and the world might if he is not president. The best option we have had in decades is Obama - we can't let that opportunity go.

  • I'm a feminist but that doesn't mean I'm sexist. I won't support a politician only because she is a woman.

She has to be the right woman and Hillary is not it. When the time comes for a woman to lead this country I hope she's more culturally wise, like Obama. The U.S. is not only a diverse country, it is also a world leader and we need a leader who can relate to a non-white culturally diverse population.

  • Wouldn't voting for Sen. Clinton only because she is a women counterdict feminist thought, since it would be a decision based on one gender?
