To me they were an amazing band. And did not get the success they deserved. Then again a bit like The Blue Nile i did not want everyone to know about them they were my band.

"A different kind of weather" was unfairly ignored when it was released in 1991, songs like this one and "Lucy September" still sound great today (almost twenty years later). It's good to know Nick, Gilbert and Kate still have a loyal following today.

Love this song! Very wistful and melancholy. I can picture myself at the station, watching the trains pull out of the station.
