Wow if you watch the video when the battery is plugged in all the surfaces ailerons/elevator/rudder none of them are centered. And he took off this way.

hey dude are u a newbie? that is not a tail heavy plane...check you elevator...it tends you plane to nose dive..and your rudder...damn...i saw ur radio it's not a computerized radio so that means that your rudder and elevator deflection is not really a trim...you setup them up not properly

You can see immediately that this plane is going to crash before it even leaves the ground. NOTE: Look at the Rudder position just prior to take off. It is about 10 degrees to the left which steered it into the dirt. And also you can see that the Elevators are not centred. They are also off centre by about 10-15 degree's with a downward deflection. Hence the reason the plane had such a "Tail-High" attitude when taking off. Which makes it dive like a mongrel in the air.
