P.S. I have absolute full appreciation for the board game. Yeah, I'm a dork like that but whatever. I was just never able to afford it and, if i did, have no one to play it with. :(

Regardless, you gotta admit that Cyanide knows what the hell they're doing when making a good fantasy-based football game (aside faulty paperwork). Think about it, Games Workshop takes a look at this game, not only sues for obvious resemblances, but was so impressed with the craftsmanship that they granted license to Cyanide to DEVELOP their Blood Bowl game exclusively (with G. Workshops turn-based and Cyanide's Real-time both included). Blood Bowl (video game) is 10x as amazing.

Blood bowl is part of warhammer just a different game which came out ages ago it was just recently put on xbox and pc chaos legue was created only a while back only for a console game so think clearly about who copied who retards

@aerofool I have to say, apart from those bloody smoke spells, Chaos League was a lot of fun. Especially when the ref glitched and got stuck on a downed opponent, letting 6 of my players repeatedly stomp the head of the orc's star player that game : D Too bad about the illegality of the game, though. Wish they would have refunded me or made BB cheaper for me to buy >_>

Hey retard, Blood Bowl was made in 1987. It was a board game, and a DOS video game came out in 1995. So who is the copy?

i never played blood bowl , but i played chaos league ages ago and it was fun . i think chaos league is older then blood bowl but im not really sure . chaos league is funny and blood bowl seems cool , althou it looks a bit more slow on setups and play by plays then chaos league . cant really speak much cuz i never played it but CL is fun
Let me set the record straight. Chaos League was an illegal rip of the Blood Bowl format. Blood Bowl, the table top fantasy game, has been around for close to 20 years. Cyanide was sued by the original BB developers, Games Workshop. As part of the settlement, Cyanide is currently making a computer version of Blood Bowl with Games Workshop's full consent.
