Not a jumping-in point for weather modification - but, if you understand English and are interested in the inner workings of weather modification/geoengineering, then you will easily be able to grasp what is being talked about here.
How about at the end.. the awkward cut off? She was talking about chemtrails (no they don't actually call them that - they will say aerosols) and spraying them into storms or something - and BAM the guy says "I think we're gonna have to move on". She sounded hesitant in what she was about to say.
I've listened to many of these boring and intriguing presentations - and that is the rudest thing I've heard out of them thus far!

Proposals to engineer a solution to global warming are becoming more common, yet there is much to explore before the viability and potential unintended consequences are known to any degree of confidence. It has been suggested that so-called climate emergencies, such as melting Arctic sea ice and polar ice sheets, and food crisis due to a heated tropics, could be avoided by cooling the planet through some feat of engineering.
Model results indicate that managing the amount of sunlight to reach Earth's surface would alleviate warming due to anthropogenic emissions of greenhouse gases. However, climate is a complex system, at its most sensitive in the high latitudes, but responding globally. We use the Community Climate System Model 3 (CCSM3) global climate model to investigate the use of stratospheric sulfate aerosols, one proposed implementation of geoengineering. We evaluate model simulations with combinations of doubled CO2 with imposed stratospheric sulfate to investigate the effects on global climate. We further explore the sensitivity of the climate system to model configuration by running a suite of simulations with no sea-ice or ocean dynamics, with sea-ice dynamics but no ocean dynamics, and with both ice and ocean dynamics.
Results indicate that the stratospheric sulfate layer is at least partially effective at recovering modern values of sea-ice area, temperature, and precipitation, but that these results are limited to global and annual means and depend on model configuration. We find that some regional, specifically high latitude, temperature changes in a geoengineered and warmed world are of the order of 20-50% of the changes in a warmed world alone. We also find that the temperature spread among one model (CCSM3) with and without sea ice dynamics and ocean circulation feedbacks is roughly 25% of the spread of temperature differences in all IPCC AR4 models. The most uncertain regions coincide with regions where climate emergencies may occur and geoengineering could be used, providing little confidence that geoengineering to solve these climate issues would behave as anticipated."

At some point today it dawned on me, after having listened to many of these, that volcanic ash is strong combatant against global warming because it reflects the Sun and keeps out radiation that would otherwise have made it to earth. Anyway, the American Meteorological Society and NASA, NOAA, DHS just to name a few - have taken it upon themselves to "geoengineer us" out of the global warming crisis via many means.
The chemtrails aren't always just poison or just to manipulate the weather, some are to block solar radiation (which makes the sun look weird creating a nibiru-esque effect)
And so, maybe they are inducing volcanic erruptions (the weirdness at Sakurajima? + constant eruptions)
and toying with different things because they think they are saving the planet
and perhaps they will
but they dont mind that the humans living on Earth now may need to be sacrificed to meet such ends. Semi-evil. Different, varying levels of it .. meow. much love.~

@brainnoise1 yep, semi-evil, imo....

Wow! I am now dumber after listening to this. She actually almost sounds like the female version of "Sid The Sloth" from Ice Age. The science may be correct in theory. But I would like to hear "Sidney the Sloth" talk about the consequences of GeoEngineering our atmosphere & oceans. In order for anybody to make a solid conclusion one must be aware of the negatives and the positives. Honestly because all this has been shrouded in secrecy, is why I see red flags. Somethin' ain't right..............

@matth3177 none of the female presenters i've heard from AMS are listenable unless you grin and bear it. half the time if its a guy, the audio is muffled and useless. And if its a really juicy topic? BRING IN THE WEIRD FOREIGN DUDES who use all the wrong inflection, pronunciation, and tone so u rly dont care what they are saying, u just dont want to have to process their vocal garbage... lol sounds rude but its frustrating. i sift through them, very few worthy of presenting to u all ;.;
