Eminent Domain Abuse. December 2008: Neil Pedersen & SHA Destruction

The once great neighborhood of Cashell Estates(Rockville, MD) has been carved up by the evil and corrupt bureaucrats at the MD State Highway Administration(Neil Pedersen-Commissioner) with no regard for the equity of landowners, the total loss of amenities like the park and bus, or safety. Neighbors have been purchased, the park and the Ride on bus are no longer accessible, and safety and pollution will be cataclysmic leaving Mike Vechery and his home to wallow in the cusp and grasp of a circling MD highway called the Intercounty Connector. His equity is wiped out. A lawsuit against the State Roads Commission was filed in July 2009. Governor O'Malley and Attorney General Doug Gansler allow Neil Pedersen to mistreat landowners and cheat them by breaking laws and tp use whatever means possible to escape justice and not pay landowners for their losses of land, equity, and quiet enjoyment. Meanwhile, Governor Martin O'Malley brags about MD's great reputation to families and the environment.
