Shady Grove

this is one of my favourite songs and it's among the first I learned from the traditional amercian repertoire. You all should check out Jean Ritchie's version, it's the best.
This is also the first time for my dulcimer to appear on my channel. I purchased it last summer and it's a very nice little dulcimer. So thanks for watching and I hope you enjoy it.

and oh: I recorded this at 1:00 am ... so be nice with me, if there are any major mistakes ^^

Hi, Ben. "Shady Grove" lends itself to almost any instrument or combination of, but I've always thought it's best played on and/or sang to the accompaniment of either the dulcimer or autoharp. Your rendition was truly wonderful.
