Here is the last minute of my LC with two 44#/20kg KBs. Filmed by my Coach Mikhail Marshak at the American Kettlebell Club Classic competition in Las Vegas, held November 7th in Las Vegas. Thanks to Valery Fedorenko and Eric Liford for their pre-meet preparation and coaching. Thanks to Catherine Imes for her judging of my first full 10 minute sets with the 20s. Did 62 reps, a personal best.
Great effort Tom. Congratulations on your PR and sticking with it.

@ironbellathletics - Thanks! It was a bit ugly, but I gutted it out. Now I know why Rudnev turns his head to the side in the Rack - so he won't breathe in chalk dust!

Thanks, Randy! Breathing in chalk dust is pretty miserable. My heart was probably beating around 180-185 bpm at the end. I know it look like a lot of flexion, but my low back feels great. I just "lock it in" on the backswing (hold the breath after letting some out) and let my thorasic round and lats stretch a bit, then explode up and straighten out the chest and pull a bit with the lats.
