thats definately a clutch up. listen to it!
you can try 1st gear ones at around 15-20mph, but 2nd gear is nice. a lot smoother with the throttle, but higher speed obviously. anywhere from 45-60mph for 2ng gear. this is what i do on my 01mdl r6

yes it is in the 2nd gear with clutch up because its easier and better.
in the 1st gear it is to nervous.
I make it in the 2nd gear at about 60mph and ca. 10.000rpm but i have a chain wheel with 15 sprockets. With a 16 sprocket chainwheel it is to difficult because it has not enough power.
