This 1978 rental unit is on the property LEGALLY, 1/1, no roof leaks, there is dry rot at bottom of outside walls that goes up two siding boards. Internal walls are on cement block that is on the video, the interior needs work.
What would happen if this house wasn't counted in the appraisal?
CHECK GARAGE AT END OF VIDEO...IT MAY BE A TEAR DOWN...BUYER WOULD TEAR IT DOWN IF NECESSARY.
