@speirszitu actually, i think he can get those tones, he did some screaming life once. it's just complicated, no mice, changing guitars etc. Though it probably won't be as good as the studio edited version

Please, they are lip synching because this song is ridiculously off JBs reach, he can't get to those notes normally and can't hold them for that long..
I rather see they doing it like this and being funny with a good sound then to listen to them trying and failing to play it.
