Joel Cummins - Orfeo

This video was created for the DuPage Symphony Orchestras BRS Arts Fusion Concert held Saturday November 12 2005 at the Barbara Pfeiffer Memorial Hall on the grounds of North Central College. The concert was presented by the First National Bank of Naperville and celebrated the vibrant life of Brian R. Schultz. My company at the time, Wheatland OmniMedia, produced all of the visual media shown during the concert. The concert featured performances by the DuPage Symphony Orchestra, the Janice Borla Jazz Group and works from the Naperville Art League.

Joel Cummins, one of the founders of the band Umphrey's McGee, was a close friend of Brians and had wanted to perform live at the concert. Scheduling conflicts prevented Joel from being in Chicago the night of the concert so his performance was captured while Umphrey's McGee was in town for a concert earlier in the year.
