@InVerbiusVerum Yep, it's a pre-fire model (it has the black finish with gold trigger guard etc). I actually wish they'd manufacture them in black/gold again, it looks better in my opinion.

@Slikhedgehog yours could be a pre-factory fire model

@ReplicaGuns Ah fair enough, the entire frame past the cylinder on mine seems to jiggle. Then again, at least it's a Dragoon and not a Walker. I heard that the Colt Walker lacked a little notch for the loading lever to clip into, and often when being fired, the recoil would jolt the loading lever down and it would fall into the cylinder.

Thanks very much.^^

@pyr0maan0 cool, I would be interested in seeing it when it is finished also

@247Weed420 it is not finished yet but one shell can be loaded in the right chamber. today i shall make another shell be loadad at the left chamber/
can you cover all of the nips on the dragoon with caps and it still be able to rotate?

@B33fJ3rk33 yes it would be possible, with some patience. Each cap has to be modified to fit, but yes it could be done, and still rotate. Although some caps would probably fall off as the cylinder is rotated though, as the nip fit is not that great

Would you say the Denix Dragoon is worth getting? I bought one of their black models from the old production line however it's a bit loose and rattles a bit, and feels like it might fall apart.

@Slikhedgehog Mine seems solid. The back end of the loading lever moves around a bit, but that's the way it's built. ..and probably how the real ones are, I'm guessing. ( I think you can hear it jangling in the vid) The grips move slightly, because there is only one attachment point, but it is minor. I don't get the feeling that it will fall apart though.
