  • TIP OF YOUR NOSE TO THE STRING!

  • Why would i want move my head, from being in the correct upright position, to touch the string with my nose which will put strian into my neck and bring my head out of alignment with my shoulders & spine?

  • hi i am 14 and have a 75pounder compound bow i generally shoot kangaroos, emus, buffalos and things like that usually i use a bludgeon head but the other day i used a broad head and it kept on going through the kangaroos neck and from close range from a bludgeon tip it got stuck in the neck do you know how i can stop losing my arrows from the animals running away even with the bludgeon heads

  • Not being a hunter I would not be able to answer your question, apart from making the comment that maybe if you made a KILL shot with the arrow rather than a wound shot I would assume that you would not lose arrows due to the animal running away!

  • bloddy compounders.... nah jks

    i a recurver myself

  • Each to there own, but I used to shoot recurve and unfortunately due to spinal injuries after an accident I can only hold under 16 lbs at full draw. At least shooting the compound bow keeps me in the sport that I love!

  • @ZundappFan Dont diss peoples choice. Compound is merly a more efficient and easyer to use version of a bow. It still has limbs that flex, It just has the advantage of the draw length being the same every shoot.

  • why are you so knowledgeable in backs?

"oh, man, LOOK AT THE GUY'S BACK! it's marvelous! what a wonderful BACK!"

  • How strong is your bow?

jap i think ZundappFan is right, i'm shooting a 50lbs longbow and my back looks even more strange :D in return i probably don't shoot so accurate :( i especially have more muscles in my neck but maybe thats because i have to ...aaahm absorb more recoil?

    sry for my bad english

  • No parallel limbs???

    OLLDDDD SCCHHHOOOOLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!

  • not on a compound with a release

  • ok I'll remember this when the deer is directly below me and right of my treestand..... or when i have to shoot with the bow between my knees.

how much is he pulling? He has the back of a runner

  • oww come one, compound??? film his back when he shoots a longbow, or any oldschool handbow. i'd say you would get some more interesting footage then..

  • for my taste a bit to fast

  • That's so silly, COMPOUND bows are at most around 40" Axle to Axle,, this isn't recurve, and MOVING one's head might affect his anchor on the chin, and would simply ruin his shot sequence. Silly comment.
