Spinach and Beef stew - Sauce d'epinard - Ghanaian Shoko

2 bunches of spinach, chopped
200g beef, cut into cubes
3 fresh tomatoes, mashed
½ TBSP tomato paste
1 onion, sliced
2 gloves garlic, chop
1 TBSP fresh ginger, minced
Salt to taste
1 bouillon cube
2 cups water or beef stock
3 fresh chilies
½ Tsp cayenne pepper
