This is a beginner leg workout that has five exercises, each one minute intervals with a 10 second rest in between each exercise.
The exercises are: 1. Full body squats using a pair of five pound dumbbells 2. alternating lunges 3. straight leg deadlifts using the 5 lb. dumbbells 4. kneeling glute heel raises for the right leg 5. kneeling glute raises for the left leg
Equipment: pair of 5 lb. dumbbells
