Certainly not English thats for certain. And your argument here actually comes full circle and contradicts itself, if I am Northern Irish (which is fine) then why the reluctance to class Northern Irish Policemen as well, ahmm, Northern Irish!?

@philyfree I am fully well aware that Northern Irish Police Officers are British - at least you recognise it at last :). But thats NOT what you said - you said "English Troops", and I have quite correctly pointed out there were no English troops in any part of Ireland between the years 1926 - 1969. And here we get doen to the truth - you just can't stand that there are people in Northern Ireland who wish to remain British and who have been there longer than white men in the USA.

Don't think things were good from 1926-69 as the republican community were treated like crap. The IRA started their campaign because they were being mistreated by an occupying force.
