This video shows the versatility of the camp style dutch oven by utilizing the lid as a fry surface...

We'd like to Thank our friends that we camped & fished with!!!

Fried Trout (using an inverted 14" lid)

Coat cleaned trout with flour and seasonings to taste.
Fry in hot oil for no more than a few minutes on each side.

  • I sure enjoy your videos! My 4 year old will watch them with me. They are entertaining and very informative. I grew up watching my dad cook in Dutch ovens. They have bought me Dutch ovens my last few birthdays, and I have really been cooking in them a lot. Keep up the good work tear drop nanny, and fog crawler!!!
