Finally, a good quality video! This piece of footage was submitted as part of my AS Level Film Studies coursework along with Karl Wilkinson and Ryan Wiggins. It is constructed as a caper movie, in a similar vein to "The Italian Job" (1969) and "Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels" (1998).

DISCLAIMER: This video features mild nudity and various degrees of profanity. They were implemented into the production purely to conform to the conventions of the genre, and are not meant to offend anybody in any way.

In the bleak northern English city of Stoke-on-Trent, the local museum has a world-famous selection of diamonds on display. The corrupt curator decides this is his chance to get rich and start a new life overseas. Unwilling to get his hands dirty, the curator hires a group of professional Russian gangsters to take steal the diamonds and draw no attention to the curator himself. Not entirely trusting the Russians, he hires a mysterious mobster who operates alone to also try to take the diamonds, to test the Russian's loyalty.

Being wary of the curator, the unknown gangster hires Jack Rickman, a recommended petty theif from the east end of London to take care of the job for him. Bringing his most trusted accomplices, Jack travels to the Midlands, and although unimpressed with his new surroundings, he proceeds to the museum to do the job.

Not realising the curator is in on the deal, when he emerges Jack and the gang panic and take him as their hostage as well as the diamonds. As we approach the film's climax, Jack meets with his employer to seal the deal. However, not is all as it seems...
