  • We don't know the amount of sets he did, for all we know he could have been circuit training, also this might not even be all of his workout. People saying he has weak legs. I would love to see you jump out of a pool. Bj is a professional athlete I think he knows what hes doing when it comes to training, people just need to stop drinking hatorade.

  • Penn wasnt really a weight lifter or body builder type, he was more relax, then tap u out

  • ok there are different types of strength. i personally think the guy that can bench 135 but do 200 pushups straight is stronger than the guy that can bench 500 but do 20 pushups. bj is deffinitely one of the strongest fighters in the ufc.
