I thought Herr Lipp was the most successfully creepy character on the show. Lazarou and the Tattsyrups were too surreal to take seriously, but despite his campiness Lipp was a real manipulative scumbag.

Seriously his German is really good, of course there are some minor flaws but DUDE is his pronunciation well.
