This video shows the massive flow of electrolyte through the natural plumbing system design of the sealed hho cell. This causes the overall system/hho cell to be running cooler and more even/steady for flow and supply. The natural usage of air rising along with massive hho production/flushing upward can be converted into a vacuum line for the intake of the electrolyte from the bubbler thus causing suction. On the other hand there is also gravity working for the system as well. When I fill the system/bubbler first with electrolyte, the air escapes down the bottom line and the heavier electrolyte enters and fills the hho cell then comes through the up line back to about an inch back from the bubbler before applying 12volt. The draw is so much so that a vortex is even being created under 7 inches by 3 inch squared of electrolyte sodium hydroxide blend. I use 3 teaspoon full of sodium hydroxide for each 1.2 liter of distilled water. Sodium hydroxide doesn't eat your plates, leaves no discoloration, doesn't evaporate, just add distilled water, runs cooler, doesn't degrade like baking soda...use distilled white vinigar to nuetralize sodium hydroxide in case you get some on your skin when working with it. Get the dis. wht. vinigar first and some gloves...before starting.. lot's of other answers on this hho cell on the other video's but this video is for the VorteX...

  • crazzieg,Casper886,ablefarms,first thanks for the positive comments.the temp after 2 hours running is 142 degrees on straight current @27-30 amps and with PWM it maintains around 133 degrees @ 21-24 amps. the PWM is off in this video.the vortex really shows well on the high quality video setting here on youtube.i beleive that the circulation system shown in this video is critical for great output.the electrolyte flushes through the plates removing the hho bubbles for more fresh hho production

  • the aliens said to make the hho cells round not square.. and also make it have spiral coil of some sort.. then convert your car to run on propane and just take out propane and replace with hho gas.. and vuala!

  • lol why are the videos taken like 2am with flash lights? this is very interesting would like to see more.

  • Its a good cell. we need to see more of you exellent work!!

  • Great job on the dry cell.

The only thing is, when the vortex is sucking your hydroxy back into the cell, your losing potential plate surface to electrolyte, there by decreasing your output. If you can stop the already made hydroxy from re-entering your cell, you should increase your output slightly.

Other than that, this is a rocking dry cell.

    Keep up the good work.

    Peace.

    Mike.

  • Very good system my freind keep up the good work. And please watch no one does steal your design my freind for you are onto something there think of the possibillties.

    Peace S/D......

  • Excellent work! I'm trying to make the same sealed cell design. The only thing I'm not to clear about is how many holes, size, and spacing are drilled into your internal plates to get your maximum flow rate.Great work!

  • I'm simply amazed. How in the hell you get 140+ degrees in a juice container without melting it is beyond me. 1 question, you talk about 10 cells, how are you defining a "cell" in a sealed unit? Let me know what your setup is if possible, or where i can see a picture of the setup. Much appreciated. Darren (uk)

  • Fascinating resonance. Is PWM off in this video?

  • Please let us know what's the temp after 2 hrs continious operation...
