Chico's First Birthday!

Chico turns 1 today! So I baked the dogs some peanut butter-filled carob cakes last night. How awesome!
The cakes were more like muffins, but whatever. I didn't want to get any sort of icing on the floor. These were another invention of mine, I just started throwing things into a bowl. The ingredients are whole wheat flour, carob powder, baking powder, milk, peanut butter, canola oil, cinnamon, and maybe something else? It was fun to see it actually turn out good, and then to see them inhale it like they did! I'm such a happy mama right now!
