May 20, 2009: Mike ended a cycle today with a 200-lb. squat. He has been training for about 8 weeks now, and is showing a lot of determination in spite of bad knees. He is squatting to a high box, here, and comes up easily. 300 lbs. isn't far off!

  • Too much Weight and drop the belt it's only the belt that's protecting you from rounding your back. Stay safe B.

  • You should probably start with a lower weight where you can actually go to 90 degrees at least. keep up the good work tho!
