When I was a kid, there was a shady hollow just over the hill from my house...My friends and I used to ride our bikes there, look for crayfish and tadpoles in a stream, and drink water from a natural spring...It was like a forest of trees and flowers....Today a 4 lane parkway runs directly thru where it was....Gone forever, beautiful places that just dont exsist anymore....

This song reminds me of our ould tree on the corner which was torn down on March 11th to make way for a roundabout. The tree was healthy and didn't really need to be cut down.
