I love your hair! I found your website about a year ago and have been longing to do this to my hair. I finally went and bought all the stuff for it today. Do you know if the manic panic toner (It's a light purple) would work as well as the ones you have recommended? I couldn't find the jazzing ice (probably because they don't carry it at Sally's anymore) or the white minx.

the jazing icicke has been discontinued - so has the ultra white minx toner (the rinse is still available at sallys though) BUT the manic panic virgin snow works ust like the jazzing does

i couldnt hear anything at all, it was all staticy so i dont know anything you talked about T_T so, when you bleach your roots, do you just tone the roots or your whole head too?
