Two wrongs don't make a right. The woman who speaks in the video simply speaks the truth about the Gaza invasion and blockade. The captions that are overlaid also speak the truth, but are completely irrelevant, as they speak only about Syria. You cannot justify brutality against the Palestinians by saying "oh, well, I know of another country whose leaders are worse". This simply leads to moral bankruptcy. It's like saying that the Rwanda massacre wasn't so bad because the Holocaust was worse.

@palimpsestransparent I think it is amazing that her husband is ordering the murder and mutilation of thousands of people and then to sit in judgement of others. I'm not saying that Israel has never been wrong; I am saying that listening to al-Assad lecture Israel is a joke. I dont care how much makeup she puts on, her husband's ugly treatment of the Syrians makes her criticism hollow.

@streetway00 I doubt anywhere. In the past, we got one sanitized version of the world from govt news sources in the arab world. Cable TV gave us 3 versions. The Internet gives us thousands, but so much is false and conspiracy theories.

I believe that an amazing researched professional news story is about 90% accurate, and the average pro news is about 70% right. Scary- as we rely on it as 100%.

The news from YT and web is 0% to 50% right, but covers items we never saw b4.

As general News Channels PressTV is quite credible or Riussia Today. CNN, CBS, ABC, Foy, AlJazeera, AlArabia, etc. are not credible at all. On YT are also many Fake Channels backed by US, Zionist, Qatar or Saudi thinktanks.

@HousekaterClaudio Russia Today is one of the worst news stories out there. There is no fact checking which can be done with relative ease these days. CNN is probably most middle of the road, upsetting both right and left, and tries to check facts and gather firsthand information.

You can cherry-pick the others depending on whether you lean one way or the other

If the goverment steps down where will it leads syria next ? some say in the western world that if the goverment steps down something from iran would take over is that true or it will lead syria into another revolution. All wars have to end up in a western democracy resolution with out a militery strick. I just ask the goverment out there to see what it is doing to his own people and his wife of syria to change syria for the better and bring in a western style approch to syria.
