@u000drl The backing vocals were done by some combination of Betty Jayne / The Teenettes / Anita Kerr Singers. The backing vocals are really impressive.

I saw him at the Blue Room in New Orleans (Fairmont Hotel) with my girlfriend. My father said we should give the front desk a stamped envelope asking for his autograph. I saw them put the envelope in his box. That was 1962. Still waiting.
