those 2 drilling devices were just to find them too, and can be used to to supply them with food, medicines, water & clothing, but they are as narrow as the ones Chile already had, they are only more precise

Actually the minimum time in optimal conditions it is said to be 45 days.
They brought machinery one from Australia & another from the US for precision drilling.
The major issue is the psychological condition not only for the miners but also for their families and in extension perhaps a social impact.
They were planning a chance to give them (after a few days when they get phisically well) some machinery so they assemble it from bellow and dig their own way out (maybe a psychological plan)
