What a first amendment case if I ever saw one. The government clearly commited fraud placing MJ in the list of "dangerous substances" it is the lack of MJ that has popularized all the other drugs that are harmful and supressing MJ is a financial winfall to the people that profit from sales of true narcotics to the masses. If they really wanted to remove drugs they would use better testing methods clearly drug use is not the issue but who is allowed to profit from its misuse is the issue.
