somone in my school did this in the locker room and when they passed out they cracked their head open and we had to have an ambulance come..... its so stupid that people do this
the trick is to get into a squat position and put ur head between ur leggs than when u stand up hold ur breathe and dont cross ur arms just have them push against ur chest
the trick is to make them breathe down 9 times then wen they come up you press on thier neck not chest. chest will hurt you with heart. holding the neck is faster n works better n safer.... n u feal tingly ive done it ...ive had it done lol
