can you plz plz help me i threw manual away but now i want to get the remote to turn tv on and off and the volume can you please help me on that??? i would appreciate your help very much thank you

Do not buy this box ppl! its a piece of shit. it works fine for a while but when u go to re-scan for new channels, it only goes to 50% and with no way to manually program your channels, yer stuck with whatever the box decides to give you.

when I'm on the menus' the display is snowy in ch3, ch4 shows nothing. And then, nothing shows on chn3 but noises... and searching I found out it was showing on channel 60 but all scratchy and snowy. What can I do. I am going to return the box. My DVD player plays just fine on ch3

Based on your comment, it seems like you are using an RF modulator for your DVD player. Is this correct? Also keep in mind that everytime you change the channel on your TV (i.e 3 or 4) you must also switch the selector switch on the back of the box.
