We are not doing the universe or our existence any justice, by assuming we know all the answers and it is as simple as a single being creating everything. this is ignorant because it is the easiest answer to accept. Even if a "god" created us I beleive we would be insulting god by shutting off our brains and just assuming that there is a god and that god is watching over us. That is a terrible waste of our intelligence would it not?

The bubble is the big bang and the universe is all that is outside of the bubble, because as you see in this episode the big bang was the creation of all the matter that exist product of the singularity that was before of the big bang, I recommend you to see episodes of black holes to undestarnd more.
