I would say the position face out (your belly on baby´s back is not the happiest version. The back of the baby is not supported in the right position... you know..babies born withC position of their back and this is totally the oposite...how can it be good? and all baby´s weight is on the ass... i love babywearing but just in the right position otherwise you do more bad than good. Lucy
This actually cleared up a lot of questions for me and was clear. Thank you!
Vivienne, they are safe, as safe as the person using them. It is important with any sling/wrap/carrier you use to be fully informed of the proper ways to use it and carry your baby. When used properly they are a wonderful way to keep baby close and happy!!
