In terms of fighting skill, they're about the same. However, bats always wears body armour that protects him from most gun and knife attacks; while Bond doesn't consistently wear body protection.

In the end both get their shots in, but Bats wins due to less physical damage.

Batman/ Bruce Wayne was trained by the best fighters in the world. But Bond (Daniel Craig version) is also a highly trained assassin.

And Bond kills, Bats doesn't.....

But Batman wears a body armor suit....hmmm....it's definitely going to be an epic battle....
