how do you unlock these costumes? I can't seem to unlock anything

@CMA3691 for a certain chapter (check which one) if you complete all challenges for it in web of challenges you'll get a costume key. Unlock any suit you want with that key.

This is not Scarlet Spider, its Scarlet Spider 2099 version one and i have the suit
