We've come in a giant circle back to trance/progressive... this sounds like Sven Vath in 1995, I'm not hating, I like this track- I'm being honest.
Its just (1) compressed differently and has cleaner production, and (2) the pads are more 70's analog, less digital sweeping.
But apart from that, you could have heard this on a beach in Goa or Ibiza in 1995.
