@swimhurl These guys are considered lean for heavyweights. Most heavyweights are even rounder than these two. You can be fit and chubby. Look at power lifters.

If you know anything about Mocco its that his foot sweep ALWAYS look completely effortless and they make his opponent go flying. I spent years wrestling with him (not literally) back in HS and always watched in awe once the heavyweight finals came around at nationals. Everyone of his opponents had one goal: avoid the footsweep. And every one of them would fall prey. Thats just how expertly he executes them. He is an animal and has been for +10 years.
