Frost tank rotation in action, plus my home MS (short)

I found this clip on accident. It shows off a decent go at the frost rotation i use. IF you need clarification on anything in the video let me know.

I find that, with that trinket from TotGC that give you armor on use, it works quite well in fact. Absorbing 5k per strike/spell for 20 seconds is pretty leet imo. W/o the trinket it's still a great avoidance/threat CD.

Just dual-specced frost. Do you think you can write down rotation for me, and also, which rotations do you use for aoe and which for single target? also, what do you do when losing threat? Should I get dps 2-hander, instead of two tank 1-handers?

2 hander till 3.3 then u can chose to dual wield or 2 hander, personally i think I'll stick to 2hander. not sure yet i'll have to experience it for myself.
