You are the dumbest of the dumb. "haven't seen a paycheck in years" while wearing douchebag clothes reserved for spoiled rats who misdirect being awkward as "class." You don't like your (illegal) job? Leave it. Find something you do like. Minimum wage will wait for you for life, and tips or no tips people will wait on me at the restaurants I go to with a smile on their face.

Holy shit, not sure if youre a troll or just a complete retard. Tipping is not a requirement it is optional. You also state, like an idiot, that you dont make minimum wage, that is something that you need to take up with your boss because according to the Department of Labor website your employer HAS to cover the difference in minimum wage if your combination of tips and hourly wage doesnt make up the states requirement. If you dont enjoy being a server then get a real job instead of bitching.

I don't mind tipping. I remember growing up and leaving a 15% tip would make servers happy. Now the minimal is 20% and pretty soon it feels like it'll be 25% or 30%.

I concur with EVERYTHING that is said in the video. I've been serving for 5 years now in the Chicago land area, and it's the exact same here. And I hate it when people tell me I was a fantastic server, and they give me a 15% tip. Really? If you like your service, atleast give 20% . I need to pay for gas to get to school.....

@renegadehospitality it would be very nice though, if people could stop taking it out on the servers. it's illogical to think that a server overcooked your steak if your bill clearly reads that they rang it in right.
