This Advanced GPS tracker connects directly to your vehicles 12v supply and can be easily hidden. It has many features including the facility to immobilise your vehicle if it is stolen. The unit can also monitor speech through a remote microphone so you can hear any conversation taking place inside the vehicle via your phone. The unit works with any pay as you go SIM card (a UK PAYG SIM card is included) and you have no ongoing monthly fees. You can find out the exact location of your vehicle at any time by making one call to the unit, it will then send you an SMS message back giving you its exact location and speed. If your vehicle has been stolen you can send a SMS command to the unit telling it to immobilise your vehicle by cutting the fuel supply. The unit comes with a full range of accessories including SIM card, GPS & GSM Antennas, Microphone and fuel cut off relay.
Frequently asked questions about the GPS tracker:
Does the tracker work anywhere? - Yes the tracker will work worldwide. The kit includes a UK SIM card which will work worldwide but text costs will be higher if you are outside the UK. If you plan to be in one country for a while you can install a local SIM card for cheaper text charges.
Is it easy to install? - All vehicles are different but if you have a basic knowledge of vehicle electrics it should not be a problem to install it yourself. If you have any questions or need any help we offer full free technical support by phone or email. If you prefer to have your GPS professionally installed we can give you a list of installers.
How do I set the GPS up there seems to be no way to plug it in to a PC? - You set the unit up by sending it commands by text message a list of some of the commands can be found at the bottom of this page.
How do I find out where my vehicle is? - Simply call up the number of the sim card in the unit from your mobile phone, the unit will answer your call then hang up and send you a text message giving you the exact location (normally within 5 meters)
Can an I set the unit to tell me if my vehicle or boat moves? - Yes you can set the unit to send you an alert if it moves outside a pre defined area.
What if my battery runs flat? - The unit only requires 80mA so it will run for several months on a standard vehicle battery. If the main 12v power supply is removed or interrupted the unit has an internal battery which will take over and power the unit for a couple of day. When the internal battery starts to run down the unit will send a message saying it has low battery power.
Can it be linked to my existing alarm system? - Yes the unit can be set to send you an alert if your alarm is triggered.
What are the running costs? - There are no subscription costs or monthly fees you only pay for the cost of a text message when the unit sends a message to you. This cost is around 4p. In reality you only need to know where the unit is if it is stolen so your running costs will hopefully be zero.
What about the immobilise feature? - The unit comes complete with a 40a (normally closed contacts) relay which can be activated by text message. If you are fitting the unit in a boat or off road vehicle you can wire this relay into the supply for the fuel pump. If the vehicle is stolen you can send a message to the unit and the relay will activate and cut of the power supply to the fuel pump. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT RECOMEND THIS FEATURE FOR ROAD VEHICLES AS YOU WILL BE LEAGALY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE INJURY OR DEATH CASUED BY IMOBILSING A MOVING VEHICLE On road going vehicles the relay can be to activate the existing alarm or siren.
What is the microphone for? - The unit can be remotely switched from tracking to listening mode. Once switched to listening mode you can call up the unit and listen to the conversation going on in the vehicle.
What is the SOS button for? - The unit comes with a pre wired SOS button, if presses and held for 3 second it will send an alert to pre programmed phone asking for help and giving its location.

What can it do? Here is a list of basic functions:
Locate - call the unit and it will send you back its location
Auto Track - the unit will automatically send you its location at pre set intervals
Movement alert - unit will send you a message if it moves more than 200m
Geo Fence - unit will send alert if it moves outside a pre defined area.
Over speed alert - Unit will send a message if a pre set speed is exceeded.
SOS - Sends help request and location to pre programmed number.
Stop command - activated relay
Start command - de activates relay.
Arm command - activated link to existing alarm which sends message if doors are opened.
